How to Take Care of the Mental Health of Your Children During Covid-19 Stay-in

 

We are in the midst of an extremely challenging time due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

We recognise that this is an even more difficult time for our children as their entire routine has been disrupted. It is especially tougher for younger children as they may not be able to fully understand what is happening around them.

We are all aware that mental well-being is as important as physical well-being, more so for children during these trying times. Keeping this in mind, the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India along with National Institute of Mental Health & Neurosciences (NIMHANS) has developed content which will be of help while taking care of your children and which we would like to share with you.
