ACHIEVEMENTS 2004

Though the year 2004 saw many achievements for Blue Bells, these are some of our major achievements in Inter School Competitions.

	Artistic Aroma: Treyakov Art Gallery, Moscow, exhibits paintings made by our students. The Indo-Russian Friendship painting competition was organized by ‘Russian Art & Cultural Centre’, New Delhi. 35 paintings from all over India were selected and it was a proud moment for us when 5 paintings made by students of our school were among the top selected for circulation and display at various art galleries in Moscow.

	The Dance group was awarded the first prize for the Rajasthani Dance performed at Kamani Auditorium on 25th Sep’04

	The school won maximum number of prizes at the state level in the All India Camel Art contest. Two of our students Isha Jindal and Arjun Kataria won the National level awards

Laurels at National Bal Bhawan

An on the spot painting competition was organized by Delhi State AIDS Society. 13 students from the school participated in the event the and school received 11 prizes

State Level Award for Shefali

A National level painting competition was organized by Bal Bhawan, New Delhi to commemorate Children’s Day. Shefali of Class VI bagged the third prize at the state level.

Sports

	NCC Annual Training Camp 2004, Badshahpur
	Cadet Manan Kumar was awarded a Gold Medal in Essay writing competition. Cadet Saurabh Ahuja received the Gold Medal and Cadet Nishant Yadav won the 2nd position in firing. In the Drill competition sergeant Naveen Dagar received the Gold Medal bagging the First Position. The school was declared ‘The Best’ in Drill Competitions.

District Chess Championship 2004 hosted by Ryan International School

From a participation of 500 students, our student Kartikeya Yadav beat 200 students and won the first position. Bikul Jaitely and Gaurav Garg got the IV and V positions. Anand won 5 matches out of 6 in the junior category.

Swimming to Success

Our student Vipuluv was awarded for his exceptional performance at the District Swimming Championship held at Kamla Nehru Park swimming pool. He won Gold Medals in 100m free style, 200m free style and silver Medals in 50m Back stroke and 50m butterfly stroke.

Avid Footballer Chakshender Selected In District Gurgaon Team

Our football enthusiast, Chakshender was selected in the District Gurgaon Football team and was a member of the Haryana State Football Tournament. The team won the Runners Up Trophy and Chakshender received a cash prize of Rs. 1500/-.

Puneet Yadav In Top Four In National Table Tennis Tournament

Puneet Yadav bagged the 4th position in the National Table Tennis Tournament held in Jaipur, beating 800 players from all over India.

Inter School Cricket Tournament

Inter School Cricket Tournament for boys under 12 years was held at Euro International School. Our student Vivek from Class VII received ‘Hat Trick Cricket Prize’ in the tournament.

Inter School Skating Championship

Our students Shubham Kuman and Vineet were awarded the Gold and Silver Medals respectively, at the Inter school Skating Championship held at Amity International School.

Laurels at District sports Council Inter School Meet

The athletics team of the school were the proud winners of the overall Winners trophy. Chakshender was declared as the Best Athlete. He won three 1st positions.
The school was awarded the Trophy for wining the First Position for the highest tally of prizes.

Blue Bells Wins Open Inter School Taekwondo Championship

The school won the Overall Winners Trophy for bagging maximum number of top positions in the Chamionship.
