14th International Convention on Students’ Quality Control Circles – 2011
  The 14th International Convention on Students’ Quality Control Circles – 2011 was conducted in City Montessori School & Degree College, Kanpur Road Campus. Total 134 teams participated in this event. Our team participated in various events like Case Study Presentation, Poster & Slogan Competition, and Collage Competition & Debate Competition. Our team bagged First consolation prize in case study presentation which was appreciated a lot by students, teachers & Principals of other schools. In this International Convention, various teams from Mauritius, Sri Lanka, Turkey, USA, UK, Nepal, Bangladesh and many other countries, participated. Director, Ms. Suman Gulati and Principal Ms. N. Bhatti appreciated the efforts of Ms. Madhu Gupta, facilitator & Co-ordinator of Qulaity Circles, and her team members.

National Science Exhibition

National Science Exhibition
  Blue Bells Model School had participated in the National Science Exhibition which was held at Rohtak Model School. Our school presented three models :

1. Alcosys – working model
2. Stem Cells
3. Myasthenia Gravis

About 45 models were displayed. The competition went on for three days. Our Ex-President , Dr. Abdul Kalam had come to give away the prizes to the winners who secured First, Second & Third position. Our school was declared Third for the model “ Alcosys” which was prepared by Titiksha Vashisht and Isha Jindal under the able guidance of Ms. Madhu Gupta.

  It was indeed a proud moment for Blue Bells Model School, Sector 4, Gurgaon when the coveted ‘Excellence Performance Award 2010- 2011’ was conferred by Shri. Vineet Joshi I A S Chairman, Central Board of Secondary Education in a grand ceremony at Hotel Ashok, Chanakyapuri. The School received this rare honor for its creative and innovative implementation of CCE (Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation) methodology. Moreover, the unique cultural bonanza organized by ‘Dharohar’ – the Heritage Club was highly appreciated by all. The honor was received by Ms. Somya Gulati Academic Coordinator Blue Bells Group of Schools, Principal Ms. N. Bhatti, Ms. Anjali Nagpal, Senior Wing In charge and Ms. Arpita Acharya Sr.Wing Incharge, Blue Bells Public School. Mrs. Suman Gulati Director and Mr. Ashish Gulati Vice Chairman congratulated the teachers and the students for this great award.

NCC Annual Training Camp-2011
18th to 27th November 2011
  The NCC Annual Training Camp – 2011, was held at Govt. Sr. Sec. School, Garhi – Harsaru. Total 498 cadets participated from 32 schools. 22 cadets and 1 NCC Office (Jitender Lakhera) from Blue Bells Model School participated in the same. Our cadets performed well in all the training & activities liking Firing, Drill, and P.T & Poster Making. There were no competitions organized in the camp but our school got the trophy for active participation in the activities and well behavior & conduct.

Mi –Me ( Multiple Intelligence & Me) Interschool Competition

  Anwesha Sinha of V D is a versatile student who excels in academic as well as co –scholastic activities. Recently she participated in an Interschool Competition, “Multiple Intelligence & Me” and stood third by showing her alround powers. She enthusiastically participated in numerous activities. She composed a song with music, drew a painting, made a Power Point Presentation, took part in extempore and participated in obstacle race. She was highly appreciated for her innate multiple skills and awarded a certificate.

Inter School Competition

  The Blue bellians invariably win accolades and laurels in co-curricular activities in the school as well as in inter school competitions and make Blue Bells a proud institute. The students from Primary Wing participated in a Skit Competition, ‘Swapnil Rang -2011’ and bagged the First position by showcasing an excellent dramatic skills at Lions Public School. The participants were highly appreciated for their superb performance in the skit.

  The students from middle wing , Smarth Narula(VI D) , Karan Madan(VI D), and Shubho Acharya (VI A) also bagged the First position in Science Model making. The students made a Hydro-Elevation Models and won huge applause for their innovation and creative skills. Blue Bells Preparatory school also bagged first position in two events and hence overall trophy was rewarded to Blue Bells Model and Preparatory school.

  Nayani Bhardwaj (Clas 8th A) a child prodigy is an ACE shooter. Her parents have always been appreciative and ensured that her interest was duly acknowledged. She has been receiving coaching from Mr. Jaspal Rana a shooter of excellence. She has won acclaim at the National Level and is a “Renowned shooter”, thereby qualifying to play at the International Level.
