Governor of Tripura, graced
the momentous occasion as the
Chief Guest. The other dignitaries
who attended the symposium and
made this historic moment memorable
were Honourable Dr. Bhisma Narain
Singh, Former Governor & Union
Cabinet Minister, Honourable
Shri Mohammed Azharuddin, Member
