 |
A fee booklet for the
whole session is provided by the respective
class teachers, to all students on rolls
during the session. The Bank fee booklet
is to be maintained for the entire session.

The fee is to be deposited
quarterly at the extension counter of
the Bank in the school premises in the
months of April, July, October, &
January. |
 |
The School fee must be
paid by the 15th of the above mentioned
months, failing which a late-fee fine
will be levied. Three fee slips duly
filled should be passed on to the bank..

The last date
for payment is the last working day
of the month starting the respective
quarter up to 11 a.m. after which the
name of the student is struck off the
rolls without any reminder. Re-admission
is done on payment of an amount equal
to 50% of admission fee and will be
entirely on the discretion of the Management
and availability of seats.

Payment at the time of
admission is to be made with the Accounts
Department only. Payment can be made
through cash I local cheques only.
|
 |
Fee once paid shall not
be refunded except when paid in excess
inadvertently by the parent. Final payment
at the time of withdrawal shall be accepted
only in cash. |

In case a 'Tuition Fee
Certificate' is required from the school
for the purpose of availing Income Tax
Rebate, the parents must produce the
counter slip of the paid Fee Booklet
along with the application before the
school office for obtaining the above
certificate. |

Fee Structure can be amended
or revised any time without prior notice
to the parents, whenever it is deemed
essential, decided and approved by the
Managing Committee. |

Primary
Wing (III-V) |
| |
Evaluation is an important
aspect of the process of learning and
the school has a comprehensive Examination
System. The assignments and tests ensure
a complete recapitulation of knowledge
and are designed in a systematic manner. |

The Primary wing,
following the CBSE directives
now awards grades as per a given
scale, instead of marks. |

The academic session
is divided into two terms; April
to September and October to March.

 |
4 unit tests and
4 Assignments (class and home
each) are held as a part of continuous
assessment. The best two of the
three unit tests (75 marks) is
taken at the end of each term.

Unit
tests are conducted on every Friday.
|

No terminals or
Final exams are held in the Primary
wing to ease the pressure on young
minds. |

Two tests per term
of 50 marks each are taken into
consideration for G.K, Music,
Art, and Computers. |

Sanskrit & French
are introduced in class V. 75%
of the total marks are allocated
to academics and 25% to co-curricular
activities and personal.

Senior
Wing (VI-XII) |
| |
Regular assessment
and evaluation of the pupil's comprehension
level, forms an integral part of the
senior wing schedule also. In its effort
to pursue a coherent and effective examination
system the school plans to conduct two
terminal exams along with regular weekly
tests to assess the continuous progress
of the students. Progressive Report
of the students are maintained through
class work, home-assignments and projects.
