DATE SHEET FOR FIRST TERM EXAMINATION
CLASSES: VI to XII (SESSION – 2018-19)
Instructions :-
- September 3 & 4, 2018 will be observed as full working days .
- School timings on September 5 , 2018 will be from 8.15 am to 12.00 noon
- September 06 , 2018 will be observed as a preparatory leave for Classes VI to XII
- Timings for students of Classes Nursery to II and VI to XII during the Examination days (September 07 ,2018 to September 19, 2018) will be from 8:15 a.m. to 12:00 Noon. However, for Classes III to V, the timings will be from 8.15 am to 2.45 pm.
- September 20 ,2018 will be observed as a holiday for students of Classes VI to XII and regular classes will commence from September 21 , 2018
- Answer scripts will be shown to the students on September 21 and 24 , 2018 . No discrepancies will be entertained thereafter .
- Slot wise PTM for result declaration for students of classes VI to XII will be conducted on September 29, 2018 , Saturday .Time slots will be shared by the Class Teacher. Kindly adhere to the timings given.
