Registration Opens

The Blue Bells Management has always appreciated the constant support and co-operation that they have received from the parents. Considering this, the school is starting with the Registration for classes Nursery, LKG & UKG where the first preference will be given to the siblings of the existing students of Blue Bells. The details are as follows:

Registration opens on and from September 01, 2010.
Last date for registration is September 08, 2010.
Forms are available at School Reception from 08:00 am to 3:30 pm. For registration Enquiries call: 4688688

The Registration Form can also be downloaded from the site. The form is to be printed and submitted at the office counter after all the required details have been filled. In case the form has been downloaded from the website, the prospectus will be issued at the time of submission of the form.

Documents to be submitted at the time of registration:


	Duly Filled Registration Form
	One photograph of the student
	Attested copy of Date of Birth Certificate
	Residence Proof (Ration Card/ Electricity Bill/ Telephone Bill any other valid residence proof)
	One photo of each parent

	Attested copy of Date of Birth Certificate (Nursery to UKG only)
	Blood group Certificate from an authorized lab
	Transfer Certificate (UKG onwards)**
	Previous Report Card (UKG onwards)**
	** In case of regular admissions, Transfer Certificate and Report Card is to be submitted at the end of the session and in Transfer cases, TC and Report Card is to be submitted at the time of admission only.
