| Computer Education is gathering momentum with the ever – increasing urge of the child to explore a world beyond the texts. Computer-education has been introduced as a compulsory subject to prepare the children to meet the challenges of the modern competitive world. The students shall be awarded grades instead of marks in this subject. |

| Robotronics Club |
Technology, unlike science, is a group activity. It is not based on an individual intelligence, but on the integrating intelligence of many.
As technology becomes increasingly important in today’s world, it is invaluable to not only learn how to use technology, but also to understand how to create it. In sync with the same the school runs ‘ Robotronics Club’- a program in Robotics- dealing with design, construction, operation and application of Robots. This club helps the students of Classes IV to X learn about Mechanical Design, Gear System and Linkages. It prepares the students for various Robotics Competitions like Inter-School Robotics Challenge (IRC). Through Robotronics Club, students experience an exciting practical way to learn Science and Computer Science. |

You cannot always build the future of your youth,
But you can build your youth for the future
The essence of education lies in giving the youth right direction so that they
reach out to the new horizons. Keeping with the changing educational and
social scenario it has become pertinent to help our children to face the challenges lying
ahead in life;in a positive and constructive manner.Adolescence as we know is a phase of transition in the life of every youngster, a period of trial and tribulation, often marked by stress and strain. In keeping with these concerns and CBSE objectives ,our school BLUE BELLS PUBLIC SCHOOL under the able guidance of Dr Alka Saxena, Consultant Healthcare and
Awareness, Blue Bells Group of Schools,Gurgaon, has implemented Adolescence
Education Programme. Through this programme the school is playing a pioneering role in catering to the issues and concerns of adolescents. As per the CBSE directed Objectives
the Programme is being imparted in form of modules which deal with specific Life Skill Development e.g. ‘Building Positive Attitude’, Anger Management, Stress Management, coping with emotions etc. Similarly various age specific and need based modules are being imparted as the part of curriculum from classes VIII to XI.
Apart from the regular imparting of the Modules, we have a full-fledged AEP Club-ZEAL ,
an independent initiative of the students to promote and spread the message of
aware and empowered youth.During past two years various seminars, debates ,street plays, anti –tobacco campaigns and other related activities have been a constant feature of the Club.
We have organized various Interclub and in house Competitions with activities like
debates, declamations ,poster making, filmmaking, ranging from topics such as
Gender sterotype, Substance abuse, Female infanticide,HIV-AIDS,Effective
Communication,peer -pressure etc.
Our children have been regular participants in the Expressions India workshops and
competitions. Our school team won special jury award at IYFMF 2011 in short film
category .They had presented a movie based on a major adolescent issue
ie.substance abuse. Our school organized an Inter House debate competition on the
topic ‘Should sex education be the part of school curriculum? Various
Adolescent physical and behavioral health consultants were the part of the team of distinguished panel ofJugdes. Our team of teachers and Students further went on to win the interschool debate competition on the above topic organized at Artemis Institute of Medical Sciences Gurgaon (Haryana).
Our school has also organized a Workshop on ‘Life skills Management’ which was conducted by eminent Adolescent health consultant Dr Swati Bhawe.
