Investiture Ceremony
Blue Bells Public school,Sector-10,Gurgaon, held their Investiture Ceremony for electing the hoise council members for the session 2011-12. A JAM session was held wherein students put forward theirn views on the topics given to them. Sanjay Khan and Ridhi Arya were elected as head boy and head girl respectively. Vaibhav was elected as Computer Wizard, Sachin as Maths Wizard, ayushi as Literary Secretary-English and Vinita for Hindi. Sohail was chosen as Science Secretary while Rohit for Sports and Hardik for Cultural. Six Students were elected as Marshalls to maintain the school discipline. The house captains and vice captains were also elected on the occasion. School Principal,Mrs. C.Dhawan, congratulated the students while awarding the badges.

Inter House Declamation Contest
Blue Bells Public School,Sector-10,Gurgaon, organized an Inter House Declamation contest on the topic ‘Euthanasia-Should it be legalized’. Two participants from each house were given two minutes to put forth their views on the topic. Students spoke convincingly and confidently which brought forth their excellent research on the subject. Senior English Co-ordinator, Lapita Das,praised the students for their excellent efforts. School Principal, Mrs. C.Dhawan, not only lauded the students but also stressed on the fact that the students must work on their shortcomings. Sanjay Khan bagged the first position among the speakers while Radhakrishnan House bagged the first position.

‘Forest e’ Fiesta- Annual Day cumPrize Distribution Function
Blue Bells Public School, Sector-10, Gurgaon presented a show “ Forest e’ Fiesta” on its annual day cum prize distributionfunction on April 23. Capt. Ajay Yadav, Minister of Finance, Irrigation, Forest & Environment, Govt. of Haryana was the chief guest, while Sukhbir Kataria, Minister of Agriculture, Cooperative, Sports & Youth Affairs, Govt. of Haryana presided ovet the function. Kanwar Singh, the Indian to have made an entry in Guinness Book of World Record for Possessing the ‘longest palm’ was also present. School Academic Co-ordinator, Soumya Gulati, welcomed the guests. After diya lighting by the guests, ‘Benison’- Vandana,an invocation to Lord Shiva, Maa Durga, Shri Ganesh, Devi Saraswati and Lord Kartikeya, was presented by the students. School Principal, C. Dhawan,read out the annual report followed by a cultural extravaganza, E’m Power (‘I am Power’). Giving away the awards and prizes to the winners in the fields of academics and cultural activities, the chief guest released ‘Creatica-the school’s anuual magazine. Vote of thanks was extended by Ms. Poonam. Forest e’Fiesta was designed and choreographed by teachers of Blue Bells. Around 1200 students including all Montessori students were the participants.

Special Assembly on Founder’s Day
Blue Bells Public School, Sector-10, Gurgaon, celebrated itsninth Founder’s Day with a lot of enthusiasm. Suman Gulati, Director, Blue Bells Group of Schools, graced the occasion. The day began with Havan to invoke the blessings of God. A special assembly was organized wherein students expressed their experiences. The special programme included poem recitation, song and dance by the students. Academic awards were given to the students from Nursery to Class II. Mrs. Gulati congratulated the winners and expressed hope that students will put in their best in the coming academic session. Mrs. C. Dhawan, Principal, blessed the students.

Flammae- A Good Luck Party
Blue Bells Public School, Sec-10, Gurgaon, organized ‘Flammae’-a good luck part for students of class X by class IX. Soumya Gulati (Academic Co-ordinator, Blue Bells Group of Schools) and Dr. Alka Saxena (Consultant, Healthcare and Awareness, Blue Bells Group of Schools) were the Guest of Honour. The party began with lighting if ceremonial lamp. Students of class IXpresented dance and organized various games for students of Class X. Main attraction of the afternoon was the fashion show in which all students participated with gusto. Sanjay Khan was declared Master Blue Bellian. Soumya Gulati and Alka Saxena wished the students best of luck for the forthcoming Boards while School Principal, C. Dhawan, blessed them and also advised them to remain focused on their goal.

Cybertronix - A Mega IT Fest
Blue Bells Public School, Sector 10, Gurgaon hosted CYBERTRONIX – A Mega IT Fest, on February 05, 2011. Mrs. Anshuka Aneja IT Coordinator, Blue Bells Group of Schools, Gurgaon, inaugurated this most exciting Inter School Competition where the students were given a platform to exhibit their talents in Information Technology. 15 prestigious schools across Gurgaon like the ShriRam, G.D. Goenka, DAV, DPS Sector 45 and Blue Bells participated in the various IT Competitions like PRISTINITY – Slide Show about gadgets, PANACHE- e card designing, WEBBING- mock website, MINGLE ALL THE WAY- collage and jingle, CREATIVE SURGE, and QUIZ-A-WIZ. One could see the students exhibiting their innovation and incredible creativity in the world of computers with amazing enthusiasm. Competing their tough counterparts, Lions Public Schools lifted the coveted Overall Winners Trophy, while Blue Bells Model School bagged the Overall Runners Trophy. Speaking on the occasion, Shri. Mahesh Chandra Chairman Blue Bells Group of Schools appreciated the students and teachers for their great efforts. Mrs. C. Dhawan Principal extended a vote of thanks.
