Three
weekly tests are conducted
for each subject in each
term. Weekly test shall
be conducted on every Monday
as per the schedule given
in the Test Series. |

Weekly
tests for third language
i.e Sanskrit shall be held
on Fridays (Pl. ref. Test
Series) for Class VI to
X. |

Weekly
tests for each subject shall
carry a weightage of 60
marks per term. |
 |
The
exemption from weekly test
shall be only on medical
grounds provided the leave
application reaches on the
day of absence. Exemption
on medical grounds will
be sanctioned only once. |
 |
Medical
Certificates for absence
from terminals or annual
examination shall be accepted
only in case of hospitalization
or in case of serious mishap
or death in the family.
The application for the
same must be submitted within
24 hours. The medical certificate
furnished must indicate
the disease and the dates
of rest period suggested.
It is mandatory for every
child to take the tests.
Medical Certificates in
case of sickness shall be
accepted only within 48
hours. Medical or hospitalization
certificate must be submitted
in case of contagious disease
or prolonged illness. |

No
neutralization will be done
in Terminal Examination
or Unit Tests. |

No
interim leave shall be granted
on the test day. Students
should refrain from coming
to school in case of sickness. |

Equal
weightage shall be given
to each Terminal examination.
Promotion of a student to
the next class shall be
based on cumulative result. |
 |
Percentage
required for promotion to
next class is 45% in aggregate.
It shall be mandatory for
the students to qualify
all the major subjects viz.
English, Hindi, Sanskrit,
Maths, Science and Social
Science |

Rank
shall not be awarded in
case a student misses a
terminal exam even in one
subject. |
 |
A
student missing the final
examination shall not be
considered for neutralization
and shall not be eligible
for promotion. |

Every
student is expected to maintain
in record at least 80% attendance
during the year. |
