Registration Opens For Admission To Class XI for the Academic Session 2013-14

Registration is open for classes Nursery to IX for the academic session 2013-14 w.e.f. Saturday, 1st September on all working days between 8 a.m. to 2 pm. Interested parents may contact the school reception on the following numbers: - (0124) 4688688/677. The forms will be available till Saturday, 8th September 2012 till 10.30 am and the last date of submission will be 2 days after the collection of Registration Form from the school.

The Registration Form can also be downloaded from the school website. The form is to be printed and submitted at the office counter after all the required details have been filled. In case the form has been downloaded from the website, the prospectus will be issued at the time of submission of the form.

The following documents are required at the time of submission of the Registration form:

• One recent passport-size colour photograph of the candidate
• One recent passport-size colour photograph of both the parents.
• A copy of the Birth Certificate of the candidate (Attested by a Gazetted Officer)
• A copy of Proof of residence (Attested by a Gazetted Officer)
• Transfer Certificate (Previous School attended for classes UKG onwards)
• Report Card of Previous Class (UKG onwards)

Fee Norms


	The parents shall be required to deposit the fee payable at the time of admission (details available from the accounts office) at the school's cash counter by cash or by demand draft. Subsequently the fee is payable per quarter. The charges payable annually are payable along with the fee payable in April ( in the years subsequent to admission).
	Parents shall be required to deposit the quarterly fee at the cash counter of the school in the month of April, July, October & January by cheque or bank Draft. The last day for the fee deposit will be 15th of the above mentioned months, failing which late fee of Rs. 25/-will be charged till 20th. From 21st to 25th late fee of Rs. 50/- will be charged and from 26th onwards Rs. 100/- will be charged till the last working day of the month. Parents to Note: 1. After 25 (in the month when the fee is to be paid) only cash will be accepted. 2. In case due to any reason if the cheque is dishonoured by the bank Rs. 200/- will be charged .
	The school will not accept out-station cheques against payment of fee. Fee booklet shall be furnished to the students. Parents are requested to fill up both the slips & deposit with the fee, at the counter. In case of loss new fee booklet will be issued at the cost of Rs. 100/-.
	Parents are requested to note that the last date for payment will be the last working day of the month with the late fee fine; after which the name of the student will be struck off the rolls without giving any reminder. Re-admission will be done on payment of an amount equal to 50% of the admission fee & will be entirely on the discretion of the Principal/ Management & availability of seats.
	Fee structure can be amended or revised any time without prior notice to the parents, whenever it is deemed essential, decided & approved by the Managing Committee of the school.
	Those parents who would like to have a Tuition Fee Certificate from the school for the purpose of availing Income tax Rebate, must produce the counter slip of the paid Fee Booklet along with the application before the school office for obtaining the above certificate.
	Any student who has outstanding dues for the session will be debarred from taking the final examination & will not be considered for promotion to the next class.
	In case of any dispute, difference or any kind of grievances, students or parents, can refer the matter to the Management and the decision of the management will be final & to be abided by both the parties.
