Admission
Registration is a pre-condition for admission. Children are normally registered for admission in the month of Sept.
Registration fee is inclusive of Prospectus Fee.
Registration fee is neither refundable nor transferable.
Registration does not guarantee admission.
For children seeking admission for all the classes- interaction session with both parents is compulsory. It helps us to know more about the child, his habits, nature and medical status.
 
  Nursery and Above
   
Nursery and other classes will start from April and there is no system of double promotion except in very exceptional case.
For the classes UKG and above the student has to appear and qualify written test and interview.
Admission should be supported with the following documents-
   

For Nursery and LKG Birth Certificate from the Municipal Committee/ Corporation duly attested by Class I Officer or Magistrate. Birth Certificates issued by the Panchayat are to be countersigned by the Block Development Officer (BDO) and Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of the area. It is compulsory to bring the original birth certificates along with a photocopy attested by a Class I officer or Magistrate. Affidavit shall not be accepted. If the parents fail to produce the Birth Certificates within a month of the admission, the admission shall automatically stand cancelled and the dues paid shall, not be refunded. If at any point, it is found that the Birth Certificate is not genuine, the admission to the school shall stand cancelled.

Admission is granted only after the students qualifies the entrance and interactive and is subject to availability of the seats for classes UKG and above.

Progress Report of the last school attended from the previous school, if the child is seeking admission in UKG or above.
Original Transfer Certificate from the school last attended. The TC shall be duly countersigned by the board authority / DEO if a student is from a different state.
Once all the admission formalities are fulfilled and it is found the student does not attend the school even for a day and / or withdrawal is sought, the school will return only the Caution Money and the Library Security. No other amount paid shall be refunded.
All students are allotted admission numbers, which should be quoted during all correspondence with the school.

  Withdrawal
   
Notice in writing for withdrawal of the student from the school must be given one month in advance positively on 1st of the month.
Failure to give this mandatory notice will lead to payment of fee for the next quarter.
Application for TC must be furnished with the Accounts Office well in time. The TC will be prepared and given only after obtaining the no dues from all the concerned departments. It will take minimum 5 days.
