Blue Bells Model School was bestowed with the prestigious EduFuture Excellence Award 2023 in the category of Excellence in Model United Nations (MUN)on 23rd June 2023 at The Leela Chanakyapuri, New Delhi.   This recognition underscores the exceptional efforts and achievements of our school's MUN team, cementing our position as a leader in the realm of simulated diplomacy and global affairs.

The Principal, Ms Alka Singh attended the felicitation in a glittering award ceremony. The prestigious award is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and commitment exhibited by the entire school community, including the faculty, staff, students, and parents. The recognition is a result of the collective efforts put forth to promote excellence in MUN within the school.

Our school's MUN team had consistently showcased outstanding skills in research, diplomacy, public speaking, and negotiation, surpassing expectations in various MUN conferences throughout the year. The EduFuture Excellence Award not only recognizes our team's dedication and hard work but also highlights the school's commitment to fostering a vibrant platform for students to engage in international affairs and develop critical skills for the future.

Paryavaran Rakshak Award 2023

BBMS Clinches Prestigious Paryavaran Rakshak Award   2023 With immense pleasure, we would like to share that  Blue Bells Model School has been conferred with prestigious Paryavaran Rakshak Award 2023 for driving change towards sustainability in our communities, sensitizing young minds and presenting models for transformation. The values and lessons learnt at the  school have become the foundation for the students’ outlook in life. The event was  organised by GMDA on occasion of World Environment Day on June3, 2023 at DPSG, Palam Vihar,  Gurugram. The occasion was graced by dignitaries,  Mr. Subhash Yadav, the Additional CEO, GMDA & Nodal Officer Environment and Sustainability, MCG ; Mr Mahesh Yadav, General Secretary of BJP and Mr Vijay Yadav, the Joint Commissioner-2 MCG. International Teachers' Olympiad

International Teachers’ Olympiad is an opportunity for teachers to assess and evaluate their teaching strengths, skills, & scope. International Teachers’ Olympiad organized by Suraasa, the world's leading platform for teacher upskilling and growth witnessed the participation of 68,100 teachers from more than 39 countries around the globe.

Ms Anubha Roy from Blue Bells Model School, Sector -04 Gurugram brought laurels to the school by achieving a Certificate of Merit. Ms Anubha is placed among the TOP 10 PERCENTILE GLOBALLY in the International Teachers’ Olympiad.

GURU SAMMAN AWARD 2022

“A good teacher can inspire hope, ignite the imagination, and instill a love of learning.”

Great teachers do it all. Across all ages, languages, ethnicities, and subjects, teachers are some of the most widely skilled people around in order to be successful. The language teachers from the Hindi Department were honoured for their dedication and hardwork in enriching the linguistic skills of the young learners. Mr. Harsh Vashist and Ms Renu Rawat from the School were honoured with "Guru Samman Award" for their hard work and dedication by Sanskriti ke Saarthi Group, Gurugram The award ceremony was held in S N Siddheshwar School, Sector - 9, Gurugram. On the auspicious occasion of Teachers’ Day 2022, the Governor of Uttarakhand, Retd Lieutenant General Gurmit Singh conferred the award to the efficient and competent Hindi Language Teachers of the school. This award certainly merits and symbolises the conscientious teaching fraternity of Blue Bells Model School. The award is yet another benchmark of excellence and brilliance that Blue Bells Model School always pursues for a sustainable society.

Swachh School Puruskaar

The Swachh Vidyalaya Puraskar has been instituted by the Ministry of Education, Government of India to recognize, inspire and celebrate excellence in sanitation and hygiene practice in schools and Blue Bells Model School Gurugram has done exemplary work in the categories of water, sanitation and hygiene. The school was declared a 'Swachh School' in Paryavaran Gaurav Samman, Tritiya  Sanskaran - 2022 Award Ceremony held on  24 April 2022,  at  Artemis  Hospital Auditorium, Sector 51 Gurugram.

To celebrate Earth Day and spread awareness about Malaria Day, the Municipal Corporation, Gurugram and Buland Aawaz Welfare Society organized the program to honour and recognize the contribution of RWA, schools, NGOs, social and business institutions for their contribution in making Gurugram a clean city.

Mr. Sumit Kumar (Joint Commissioner of Gurugram zone - 1 & Dr. Vijaypal Yadav (Joint Commissioner - Headquarters) presided over the function as the Chief Guests. They urged the audience to plant trees and segregate wet and dry waste in their homes, reduce plastic usage, especially single-use plastic etc.

On the momentous occasion, Principal, Ms. Alka Singh added that the students are ‘cleanliness ambassadors’ and they will lead the vision of clean India through awareness and sensitization programmes.

Education for Sustainability is the pedagogical approach that Blue Bells Model School follows and it aims to develop students, staff and communities with the values and the motivation to take action for sustainable development. We, at Blue Bells  have been working towards expanding our vision of the school to the community reaching out to all the stakeholders, creating a Community Resource Map ( Education partners), connecting it with the Curriculum, and making SDG’s & Design Thinking an integral part to fortify the concepts in a practical manner. It was a proud moment for the Blue Bells Family when Ms Alka Singh,Principal Blue Bells Model School, Gurugram was honoured with the SDG-Superhero Global Sustainablity  Award 2022 by ARC, Complete the Circle of Learning in partnership with TERI, Earth Day Network, CEE, Council of Royal Roots, CITTA foundation and Kalorex. The award ceremony was held on 21 Nov 2022, Monday at India International Centre, Delhi,  The event witnessed the attendance and nominations of many renowned schools of India and the feat was stupendous.

Blue Bells Model School added another feather in its cap by winning the prestigious Brainfeed School Excellence Award 2022 for its committed efforts towards fructifying its vision and innovative approach to grooming young learners with skills for life. Every year, the jury of School Excellence Awards selects the top 500 schools of India in different categories such as Academic Excellence, Happiness Quotient Index, Sports, Education, Community and Collaboration. G-20 Presidency Summit

A proud moment for Blue Bells Model School

The Presidency of G20 has emerged as the poignant moment of humanity, democracy, hope and peace. Our revered Prime Minister, Narendra Modi has mentioned that India's agenda during its G-20 Presidency will be inclusive, ambitious, action-oriented, and decisive. It is adding healing, harmony and hope.

It was an exclusive and proud moment for Blue Bells Model School, Sector 04 Gurugram when Ms Alka Singh, Principal emerged as one of the very eminent and powerful speakers in G-20 Presidency Jan Bhagidari Event organized by Golden Sparrows in coordination with Government of India on 8th April 2023 with the theme “Suggestions for India’s Priorities for India’s G-20 Presidency 2023.”

Addressing the venerated mentors, Ma'am briefed that India's priorities for the G20 Presidency in 2023 reflect its commitment towards building a sustainable, inclusive, and resilient global economy, promoting digital innovation and entrepreneurship, and contributing to the global effort to build a healthier and more resilient world.
