1. What is the age criterion for admission to Nursery?
Children seeking admission to Nursery should be at least 2 years 6 months on 1st April of the calendar year in which admission is being sought.
2. What is the admission procedure of the school till Class IX?
Registration is a pre-condition for admission. Children are normally registered for admission in the month of September. However, registration does not guarantee admission.
3. What is the procedure followed for admission to Class XI?
Registration for Class XI is done in the month of March. Merit is the sole criterion for admission and allocation of streams.
4. What documents must be submitted at the time of registration?
a) One recent passport-size colour photograph of the child
b) One recent passport-size colour photograph of both parents
c) A copy of the birth certificate of the child (attested by a gazetted officer)
d) A copy of proof of residence (attested by a gazetted officer)
e) Transfer Certificate should be submitted in original (previous school attended for classes UKG onwards) (to be submitted at the time of admission)
f) Migration Certificate must be furnished in case the board is other than CBSE (to be submitted at the time of admission)
g) Report Card of previous class (UKG onwards) (to be submitted at the time of admission)
h) Aadhar Card of the parents and the child
5. What documents must be submitted at the time of admission?
a) Attested copy of DOB certificate (Nursery–UKG only)
b) Blood group and HB count certificate from an authorised lab
c) Transfer Certificate should be submitted in original (previous school attended for classes UKG onwards)
d) Migration Certificate must be furnished in case the board is other than CBSE
e) Report Card of previous class (UKG onwards)
f) Category certificate—SC/ST/OBC/Others
6. What is the procedure for withdrawal of a student?
Notice in writing for withdrawal of a student must be given one month in advance before the 10th of the month, else one month’s fee shall be charged in lieu of the notice period.
7. What about the withdrawal of a student who has already been admitted and whose fee has already been paid?
In that case, only the Caution Money and the Library Security shall be refunded, even if the student has not attended school for a single day, and only on producing the original receipt. In case the original receipt has been lost, then an affidavit must be submitted, signed by either of the parents, made in front of a First-Class Magistrate, stating that no one else can claim the said security money.
8. What are the fee norms of the school?
Parents shall be required to deposit the quarterly fee at the cash counter of the school in the months of April, July, October, January by cheque or bank draft or online. The last day for fee deposit is 15th of the above-mentioned months, failing which a late fee of Rs 50 will be charged till the 20th. From 21st to 25th, a late fee of Rs 100 will be charged, and from 26th onwards, Rs 200 will be charged till the last working day of the month.
9. What are the summer and winter timings of the school?
Summer Timings (April–September):
• Nursery to UKG: 8.00 a.m.to 12.45 p.m.
• Class I to XII: 8.00 a.m. to 2.20 p.m.
Winter Timings (October–December):
• Nursery to UKG: 8.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.
• Class I to XII: 8.30 a.m. to 2.40 p.m.
• Nursey to UKG: 9.00 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.
• Class I to XII: 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.
