BBPS-INFRASTUCTURE PICS WITH STUDENTS (11)

When power narrows the area of man’s concern, co-curricular activities remind us of the richness and diversity of our existence.

Some objectives of education cannot be achieved by academics alone. A pure academician develops a lopsided personality, and all-round development remains a far-off dream. Can we achieve all-round development by following only teaching-learning processes? Certainly not! Hence, the need for co-curricular activities is being increasingly felt in schools.

Co-curricular activities ensure harmonious personality growth of children. These activities develop strength of character and enhance the talents of the child. They also help improve the child’s analytical ability, drive for knowledge, competitive spirit, communication skills, value orientation, leadership, teamwork, and various other competencies that contribute to a confident personality.

To inculcate these qualities, the school organises various workshops and exhibitions to acquaint students with the latest in the education scene so that they are well-equipped to face the challenges of the world at large.

Events like science exhibitions, maths fairs, language fests, and academic carnivals, which are integrated celebrations across all disciplines, are few of the examples of exhibitions and fairs held at the school.
